苗许娜，女，博士；1977年12月出生，2003年7毕业于郑州大学运筹学与控制论专业，获得理学硕士学位。2012年1月毕业于北京科技大学通信与信息系统专业，获工学博士学位。2012年5月至今从事计算机与网络通信专业教学与研究工作，主讲计算机网络、运筹学等课程，研究方向为无线网络通信、网络优化等。
